My background
Before becoming a therapist, I spent three years working as an equity research analyst in finance. While the work challenged me intellectually, it left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. That restlessness led me inward—into yoga, meditation, and deep self-inquiry. These practices sparked a calling to support others. I spent time volunteering with inmates and elders with Alzheimer's and dementia. Ultimately, the path led me to pursue a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and shift paths toward healing and human connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT
As we begin to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, something powerful starts to unfold. You will start uncovering the experiences, beliefs and stories that have shaped you. Over time, you will gain insight into sub-conscious patterns or protective strategies that once served you but may now be limiting you. As we process and release these inner blocks, you’ll find yourself living with greater intention, ease, and harmony. This is a process of returning, again and again, to your wholeness :)
